        C. Map Groups
            To create a MapGroup object you only need to satisfy the following conditions.
                1. Enter the Unique Name for the Map Group
                2. Provide a Generic Description for the object.
                3. Select the Type & Layer of MapGroup (Static or Animated)
                4. Click the [Set Handle] button to select the Drag/Drop point for the object.
                5. Click the [Set BaseLine] button to select a virtual 3d baseline
                6. Does the Object have Event Triggers? If Yes, create one and edit it. (see scripting)
