Enhanced the SAS Wizard software to use graphics mapping interface for extracting scientific water quality data. Created stand alone .DLLs for high speed data extraction.

· (2004) Expanded the WQ Import System v3 to support a total of five water quality monitoring projects. Acted as lead in establishing real-time database output to the DNR web site (www.eyesonthebay.net). Fine tune & maintain data submission software. Designed the SAS Wizard data extraction software to aid DNR scientists in extracting nutrient data from MS Access into SAS

· (2002) Designed multiple support applications to enhance the WQ Import System. Software provides functionality for reports, printing, nutrient calculations, maintenance, quality assurance, transaction logging, and submission to the Chesapeake Bay Program as a grant deliverable. Enhanced WQ Import System to use a table-controlled schema definitions for dynamic import capabilities.

· Given the lead over the Chesapeake Bay water quality monitoring effort. Completely designed the Water Quality Import System v1.0.
· Redesigned more than 80% of the database look-up tables, and queries for a higher level of dynamic data processing, accuracy and efficiency.
· Used standard database design with Visual Basic dynamic query building functions to create a dynamic data importing tool.

· Interfaced with Ed Heil, President of Modu-Tech, to single handedly design ISI, Integrated Structural Imaging a commercial CAD software specifically designed for wall-panel construction companies.
· ISI was designed to automate wall-panel construction from floor-plan drawings to machine assisted wall-panel assembly.
· Created stand alone .DLL engine for handling engineering calculations, wood-type and cost analysis, and 2D & 3D drawing engine.
· ISI continues to be used for nationwide construction projects and can be leased for $700 / month.
