Welcome to the Demos and Examples section. This area contains demo games created with Explorations v9 and eMotions Graphic Framework. This area also contains example script to help build your current knowledge of eScripting.

The Basic Developer Demo is a Explorations library that contains a very simplistic example game built with Explorations. Within it you will find MapScripts, NPC Events, Combat, and Rewards. It can be played using the Driver or LIVE Playback.

The Basic Developer Demo is a great resource or starting point for any newcommer to the project. If you have any questions regarding the demo please post them here.

How-to play:

This game can either be played using the driver.EXE file contained in the zip or you can load it into Explorations and play it in LIVE. This game is not copy-protected so you can learn and build from it. NOTE: You need the eRuntime library to run the driver. This must be installed either from one of our packages on the site. (Explorations v9, eMotions, InstaRender)

The Asteroid scripts are just a Folder with \Asteroids and \Asteroids\images. Similar to a webpage setup. Once you install eMotions v2.5 and run it the first time, it will register .MOTION files on your system. Exit eMotions when you see the splash graphics.

How-to Play:

• 1. Make sure you have installed and run eMotions v2.5 Once.
• 2. From a File Explorer, Double Click the "Play Asteroids!.MOTION" file. - Have Fun!
• All .MOTION files are simple TEXT files that can be edited and modified with Notepad or any TEXT editor.
